Bucky Bingo Announces Partnership with Breakthrough for Breast Cancer
Bucky Bingo has agreed a two year partnership deal with the charity Breakthrough for Breast Cancer and is looking to raise at least £20,000 in the first year. While the official fund raising week is the 18th -24th October, Buckingham, the offline division of BuckyBingo.co.uk, will be raising money all year round for the charity. Some of the themed events taking place include Didsbury Assistant Manager, Mark Winrow, doing a 22 mile sponsored walk. It will be easy to spot Mark, as he will be wearing a pink top hat and tails and be joined by other members of staff. Clubs are already selling Breakthrough lapel badges and raising money through other events and games. Andy Cunningham, CEO of Bucky Bingo, said, “We are delighted to be supporting Breakthrough for Breast Cancer because of the great work it does in its field. I am very confident that Bucky will far exceed the total we have set for ourselves and I am so pleased the way the staff have bought into the fund raising.” June 2009 Read Bucky Bingo review on onlinebingofriends.com
