X Factor Jamie: I don't fancy Katie Price

The X Factor's Jamie Archer has denied rumours that there are any romantic links between him and Katie Price.

He said that the former I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant is not his type, even though they were spotted talking and swapping phone numbers at the Mahiki nightclub in London earlier this week.

The singer, known for his larger-than-life voice - and hair to match - said that Katie came over to say hello to him and then asked him to have a drink.

Jamie - who performed songs including Sex On Fire by Kings Of Leon while on the show - stated that while Katie is an attractive woman, she isn't his type.

"I didn't flirt with her or see her in a romantic way," Jamie explained, adding that she was "clearly upset" by being repeatedly voted to take part in gruesome bushtucker trials while she was in the jungle last month.
