So the way it goes is that wailing is good for you.At least, that’s according to the Japanese. The new trend there is to have a little shout, have a little cry and really, just get it all off your chest. A survey showed that more than your average amount of people like a little de-stress in the form of tears and making some noise. It works to clear people’s mind of troubles. Apparently, laughing also works, but sometimes, it’s easier to cry than laugh.
