Tracy Barlow makes explosive Coronation Street comeback

Soap fans will be in for a treat as Tracy Barlow is set to make a dramatic return to Coronation Street.

Currently locked up in prison for the murder of her partner Charlie Stubbs, Kate Ford is set to once again take on the role to attend the funeral of her grandmother Blanche.

She will be allowed out for a day from her life sentence to pay her respects and is seen handcuffed to a female prison guard.

But in typical soap tradition things will not go smoothly, with Tracy getting nasty when she sees her daughter Amy being hugged by her new stepmum Becky McDonald.

As she gets aggressive, Amy's dad Steve McDonald tries to break up the fight, but it soon turns into a huge brawl with all three involved.

It was recently announced that veteran actress June Whitfield was being drafted in to play a friend of Blanche and explain her death while on holiday in Portugal.
