Toni & Guy: How to get catwalk curls

Getting the perfect curls can be a difficult task, but with a little bit of advice from a hair styling expert at Toni & Guy, you too could be sporting Hollywood style hair in no time.

The catwalk shows for this year's spring/summer collections from top designers like Dior and Marc by Marc Jacobs were full of girls strutting down the runway with their hair in amazing 'dos, ranging from sleek waves to outrageous frizz.

Indira Schauwecker, the international artistic director at TONI&GUY, said that the best way to begin is with wet hair, applying lots of volumising moose after washing and then putting hair into curlers and leave it to dry.

If you are pressed for time, she recommends speeding things up by using a hair dryer while your hair is still in curlers. Heated curlers are also a great option for making the perfect ringlet if you have them.

Ensure that your new mane of curls does not drop too much by spritzing your hair with a strong styling spray.
