Susan Boyle to duet with Snoop Dogg?

Susan Boyle may not look like the type of person who would attract the attention of a rap star, but according to reports that is exactly what has happened.

Snoop Dogg is quoted in the Sun as saying that he is a big fan of the Scottish star - who shot to overnight fame after appearing on Britain's Got Talent - and that he would love to record a track with her in the future.

"She's a great artist. I'm looking forward to going into the studio with her. Why not?" said the performer, whose real name is Calvin Broadus.

But singing with Subo is not the only plan Snoop has for the future, as he added that he thinks he would be a great replacement for Simon Cowell on American Idol after the judge leaves the programme.

Simon may decide to take him up of the offer, after he was spotted walking around Beverly Hills with his 84-year-old mum and fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy.
