Running Really Does Work

I’ll be the first to say I hate running. But it works, you know.

And if you want to get fit for the upcoming summer, then running is apparently the way forward. And all you need to get it right is a decent pair of trainers. Once you have those, it’s time to get going. Choose a place to run that is, ideally, safe, well-lit and free of traffic. And pick a buddy, because running with a friend is the best way to stick to it. Don’t forget your music, either. Running with your music keeps you going and motivated. Don’t start running immediately – start with brisk walk that has short intervals of running and keep at it till you can run for the whole thirty minutes. And if you want to stick to it, get a goal – a hot summer bod is a good goal to have.
