Robert Pattinson confesses to Kristen Stewart relationship

Robert Pattinson has finally ended speculation about his relationship with Kristen Stewart by admitting that they are an item.

Rumours have been rife for months that the pair are a couple after being spotted together away from filming the series of vampire movies, but neither have admitted they are together before.

Speaking to the Sun, R-Patz finally confessed that he is in a relationship with the young actress, who picked up the rising star award at the recent BAFTAs ceremony.

Admitting that the lengths they go to not to be seen together are extreme, he told the news provider: "It is extremely difficult but we are together, yes."

The young couple both attended the BAFTAs, but arrived separately and sat on different sides of the room to stop fans and photographers from mobbing them at the ceremony.

British actors had a good night at the recent awards show, with Colin Firth and newcomer Carey Mulligan picking up the best actor and best actress gongs, which could be good news as they are both nominated for Oscars.
