Nicole Kidman goes back to her curly roots

Nicole Kidman has left her straighteners switched off for once, as she went for a natural, curly look recently.

The red-haired actress, who was as famous for her tumbling curls as she was for the head-turning colour of her hair earlier in her career, has sported a straight style for many years.

But it appears she is set to go back to her natural style, which may well spark a trend that will see us all hunting for our curling tongs in the back of our wardrobes.

She has also dyed her hair closer to her own shade, instead of the blonde hues she has opted for in recent years. Combined with her wavy locks, the actress's face has a softer and gentler appearance.

Perhaps Nicole has decided to give her hair a break from using various different products to keep her tresses looking perfect.
