Leighton Meester falls out of her designer shoes

Designer shoes seem to be a problem for Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester, after she was spotted slipping out of them.

Working on new scenes of the New York-based TV show, Leighton was walking along a cobbled street when her foot came right out of her bright yellow Christian Louboutin shoe.

Stepping on the cold pavement, the star grimaced, but soon began to laugh as she realised what had happened.

But her brightly-coloured outfit was already drawing plenty of attention to the 23-year-old before her mishap, as her canary-hued shoes matched her oversized tote bag and her outfit was capped off with a sleeveless green jacket.

Fans of Leighton can now also enjoy her vocal taletns as well as her acting as the talented performer has embarked on a singing career.

Her single Somebody to Love, features the artist Robert Thicke and is the first track from her debut album Love is a Drug.
