Later Mothers Could Be At Risk
You do know that delaying motherhood could be bad for your health? Before you freak out, it’s another one of those studies we love so much, only this time for New York. And apparently, women who put motherhood on hold are more prone to heart attacks past the age of thirty. So having a baby late in life could be a bad idea on account of hardened arteries and reduced heart capacity making it difficult to support a baby. In other words, whilst we’re not advocating a pregnancy right this minute, it may be a good idea to think about it. Alternatively, stick to a good diet and some exercise to combat it that way.
