Lady Gaga attends awards in strange lace headgear

Since bursting on to the music scene Lady Gaga has made a name for herself with her outrageous outfits and daring sense of style.

Whether she is sporting a leotard and fishnet tights or a jacket covered in Kermit the Frog toys, the 23-year-old singer never fails to shock and surprise with her bizarre ensembles.

The outfit she wore to the Accessories Council Excellence awards in New York last night may have topped the lot, however.

Although Halloween has been and gone, Lady Gaga turned up with a black lace mask covering her face and her hair brushed and teased into a dramatic Marie Antoinette creation.

To top it off, she wore a shiny pink bra over a grey tie-dyed shirt and added large pink knickers, fishnet tights and an eye-catching pair of platforms with sculpted heels.

As well as her usual approach to fashion, the singer is know for her hits such as Poke Face, Just Dance and album The Fame.
