Katy Perry has mixed up ideas about Russell Brand

Russell Brand has certainly been described as many different things in his time, but his new fiancee Katy Perry has added to the list with some unlikely look-a-likes.

Speaking to fashion magazine Nylon, Katy said that Russell's famous skinny jeans and big hair remind her of several people, with names surprisingly including Elvis Presley and Jesus.

If that was not enough, the I Kissed A Girl singer added The Doors singer Jim Morrison and the notorious cult leader Charles Manson to the list.

But this does not seem to bother Katy, who also revealed details of their engagement, stating that her ring contains two rubies and is engraved with the phrase "the one I've been looking for".

Comedian Russell popped the question while on holiday in India over new year, after the pair had only been dating for a few months. Before getting down on one knee, the couple had their relationship blessed by a love guru at the foot of Jaipur mountain.
