Katie Price marries Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex Reid

Katie Price and Alex Reid have got married in a shock ceremony in Las Vegas, it has been revealed.

After Alex was crowned the winner of the final series of Celebrity Big Brother, beating Katie's ex-boyfriend Dane Bowers into second place, the pair jetted off to America for their top-secret wedding.

The shock announcement has ended speculation that the couple were planning to announce that they were getting engaged.

But when Katie wed the cage fighter in a small ceremony at the Wynn hotel at 4pm local time yesterday (February 2nd), it was certainly a far smaller affair than her first marriage to pop singer Peter Andre.

For that wedding, Katie lived out her fairytale dream when she wore a huge, pink ballgown and a towering tiara and had a horse-drawn carriage to take her to meet her husband to be.

However, fans of the celebrity couple will not have missed out on all the events from the big day, as it was being filmed for the next series of reality TV show What Katie Did Next.
