Katie Price ditches boyfriend live on TV

Katie Price has dumped her boyfriend Alex Reid on live TV, even though the cagefighter was on his way over from Australia to propose to her.

In an interview with Ant and Dec after she walked out of ITV series I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here early, she told the presenters that she is no longer with Reid.

Price admitted that it could seem harsh, but claimed that a lot of things had happened since she opted to leave the show, reports the Daily Mail.

She explained to the news provider: "I can't live my life by everyone else, I have to think of me and my children and I am so much happier as a person."

Price also mentioned that several things had occurred while she was in the I'm A Celebrity jungle, which she felt should not have.

After leaving the show, she claimed it was because she missed her kids that she decided to go home.
