Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen tie the knot

Isla Fisher has tied the knot with her partner Sacha Baron Cohen in a secret wedding ceremony in Paris.

The former Home and Away actress married the comedian, who is most famous for being the man behind Borat and Ali G, while on holiday in the French capital.

Not even their closest friends knew that the pair were planning to wed while on holiday, with Isla reportedly emailing her nearest and dearest after the ceremony to tell them the good news.

Rumours had begun to spread that they had got married over the weekend when Isla was spotted wearing a gold wedding band next to her engagement ring.

The couple have been together for eight years and have a two-year-old daughter named Olive.

Both of the stars have become major names in Hollywood since they first met, with Sacha recently enjoying success with his latest film Bruno and Isla will soon be seen again on the big screen staring in the film Burke and Hare.
