Is Simon Cowell set to get a makeover?

Simon Cowell has long been famous for his high-waisted trousers, but it seems that his new finacee Mezhgan Hussainy may have other ideas about his look.

The pair have recently been spotted out clothes shopping together, with Simon looking less than impressed at the makeup artist's attempts to update his look, even if it is hardly drastic.

Clearly tired of Simon's uniform of a pair of dark jeans and a white T-shirt, the 36-year-old looked delighted as she pulled out a red jumper in a designer clothes shop in Malibu.

But Simon could only hold his face in his hands at her attempts to give his outfit a more modern look.

Perhaps when Mezhgan has finished with the 50-year-old, she could turn her talents to getting an outfit for Simon's fellow X Factor judge Dannii Minogue.

The mum-to-be turned up at the auditions for Australia's Got Talent, which is a contest she will be judging, wearing a furry dark blue dress and brown knee boots.
