Is Peter Andre heading to Grease?

Peter Andre could be hitting the West End stage as Danny Zuko in Grease, according to reports.

The Australian star has reportedly been approached by the bosses of the show to star in the live production of the famous film, which starred John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.

According to the Sun, Peter went backstage after watching a performance of the show, which features songs like Summer Nights and You're The One That I Want, and told the performers that he would love to have a role in the musical.

When the producers heard about this, the news provider stated they got in touch to ask him to take part, although Peter is so busy that he will not be able to don Danny's leather jacket until next year.

If Peter is signed up as Danny, maybe the bosses should try approaching Amy Winehouse to play Sandy. Peter has said in the past they he would love to team up with the big-haired soul singer on a song.
