How to get your feet ready for the Christmas party
As the Christmas party season gets into full swing, most people will be spending time making sure that they've got that perfect Cheryl Cole hairdo that is full of volume, or ensuring that their make-up is flawless.
However, one part of your body that should never be neglected is your feet - and one expert has offered some hints and tips on how to make sure you tootsies look great over the festive season.
Belinda Price from the Nailspa salon explained that you should never think about painting your toenails before you deal with overgrown cuticles and dry heels.
So, start by exfoliating and moisturising your feet, so that they shine and glow.
"Dry cracked nails can be saved at the salon - try a gel pedicure to see long lasting colour that will allow the dryness to grow out," she advised.
She gave her advice after a study by Herbalife showed that the average woman will spend £68 on a new dress to make sure she looks perfect for a Christmas party.
