Florence Welch celebrates Brits in six-inch heels

Florence Welch made sure everyone could spot her after her Brit Awards win, by wearing a pair of six-inch heels.

The singer with Florence and the Machine hit the town after picking up the award for best album at the ceremony, donning a pair of eye-catching shoes that gave even more inches to the six-foot tall performer.

At least she seemed more stable on her feet than a photographer, who took a tumble in front of Florence and needed her help to get back up again.

But Florence was not the only star out for a night on the town, with Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts and the Sugababes all enjoying the chance to let their hair down.

The night out was a double celebration for Florence, who had earlier in the night performed a duet with rapper Dizzee Rascal called You've Got The Dirtee Love, which was a mix of their hits You've Got The Love and Dirtee Cash.

It is thought to be the fastest released song in history, after it went on sale just five hours after the performance.
