Fish, chips and mushy peas 'on the menu' for Gary Barlow
The members of Take That can no doubt afford the finest cuisine and meals in top class restaurants whenever they like. However, it seems as though Gary Barlow thinks traditional British food is best and will be serving guests at his upcoming wedding anniversary fish and chips.
The popstar and his wife Dawn will soon be celebrating ten years of marriage and plan to feed their friends and family a feast of the seaside favourite.
However, it will not just be an old piece of cod wrapped in newspaper, as the fare will be provided by top restaurant chain Harry Ramsden's, the Mirror reports.
A source told the publication: "There will be oodles of the finest champagne, of course. And the venue is very swish. But Gary and Dawn are everyday folk at heart."
They may be eating chips and mushy peas, but guests will be dining in the elegant surroundings of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge, London, the news provider adds.
Gary has penned many hits for the hugely successful Take That over the years, such as A Million Love Songs and Pray.
