I really like Kim Kardashian. But what is she doing here?

Her hair is flawless, as ever. Makeup is perfect. And then, it all just goes downhill when it comes to what she is wearing. Because, what is she wearing? Is that a parachute trying to be passed off as a pair of pants? And if it’s not, it’s certainly what it looks like. And then the ruffled blouse on top of all of that? It just seems like too much material for one ensemble. It’s a pity too, because the colours are nice.
