Danniella Westbrook misses place in the Dancing on Ice final

Danniella Westbrook has been voted out of Dancing on Ice and missed her chance to perform in next week's final.

The former EastEnder's actress has delivered some amazing performances and received good marks from the judges throughout the series, but it was not enough to win over the viewers.

She ended up in the bottom two with Gary Lucy after performing to the David Guetta and Kelly Rowland dance track When Love Takes Over, but only two of the judges wanted her to stay on until next week.

The result comes despite Daniella receiving praise from Dancing on Ice Friday host Coleen Nolan, who told the Daily Mirror that she thought the actress was "the real dark horse" for a place in the final.

Instead, it will be the Hayley Tamaddon and Kieron Richardson who are joining Gary in the final episode of the series, which will see one celebrity named the ice king or queen for 2010.
