Cut out dresses. Successful or not at all?

Here at the OBF style headquarters we say definitely not at all. There is something severely unfinished about the cut-out look. Also, it treads far too closely to the trashy line for it to be appropriate at all. Ever. Rather wear a full dress with a low neckline or no straps if you want to show some skin. Or even better, shorten your hem and you’ll get the skin coverage you want.
