Britney Spears shows off her engagement ring

Britney Spears appears to have confirmed rumours of her engagement after she was photographed wearing her ring at the Grammys.

The singer was seen sporting a pretty ring with a swirl design on her engagement finger at the awards ceremony.

It had been rumoured that her boyfriend and manager Jason Trawick had popped the question, but the pair had denied it.

But now it seems that Britney may be admitting that she is getting married, as the ring was the only piece of jewellery she chose to wear to the awards ceremony.

However, most people could be forgiven for missing her new piece of jewellery after seeing her dress.

Britney turned heads for all the wrong reasons in a sheer dress with a black body suit underneath, which she wore with fishnet tights.

Britney may be the latest in a long line of A-listers to start planning their nuptials, with the boyfriend of supermodel Kate Moss popping the question last month on her 36th birthday.
